It's more sad than funny. Sad because ADCs refuse to contribute to the team in any way outside of building damage. Which really doesn't help the support who can only place up to 4 wards at a time, 3 of which will time out and the last being potential gold for the enemy. Anyone who thinks 4 wards is enough to cover everyone's backs is sorely mistaken.

So from what I can get from this video alone, is that this skin comes with 4 different forms, each with special interactions and different particle effects, maybe even some form-specific quotes. Take that in consideration with the other Ultimate skins and you don't get much different from the others. Pulsefire Ezreal: Gets 4 different looks as he upgrades his ult. (Not even any new quotes as he upgrades) Spirit Guard Udyr: When certain abilities are maxed he gets a different look depending on which form he takes and form-specific quotes as well. DJ Sona: Is able to switch between 3 different forms, each with their own special music, quotes and visual and sound effects. Elementalist Lux: Gets several different forms, (albeit you'll only ever be able to obtain 3 in one game. Base+New+Final) Each form gets their own special quotes, particle effects and sound effects. So with everyone complaining about how this "isn't an Ultimate," they really aren't looking at what an ultimate does. Ultimate Skins drastically change how the champion looks and may change as the game goes on. Legendary skins only change the base look of champions and pertains to that for the rest of the game. So I don't really get why people are complaining. It could be because they don't like it. Or that it doesn't "fit" the champion. Some just complain for the sake of complaining. But to me? So far this skin looks great. And that's all that matters to me.

A'course that skin got old if we compare to the others ultimate skins, but we're in 2018 now and that ultimate for MF looks like a skin from 2014. hm, each time when it comes to Viktor I feel like Riot keep forgetting that Viktor isn't a stereotypical Evil scientist. Well he's a Steam Golem that was built by Viktor and his team when he studied in Piltover, though the credit was stolen by his Professor, Stanwick. I believe after that there was a court case about Blitzcrank about if he could be counted as a human being (As he showed sign of being an artificial intelligence). Blitz won and gained citizenship and went on to create his dating business. I also think now in the lore that most people know it was Viktor who created him, and not Professor Stanwick.
