Thank you, Mark. The instructions suggest the wire is a 'temporary support' while the bandage dries. However, I left mine on as belt and braces. Hope you're well.

Fitting a pollen filter can sometimes be fiddly and awkward for such an easy and straightforward job, in the cars I had often the pollen filter was your nostrils. I'm well thank you, but not half as good as you, but trying. 😄

Agreed! As I recall, I've got to remove the fuse box (and a bracket) to access the filter housing on the Focus.
