Gung Gee Fok Fu Kuen (Taming the Tiger I-Pattern Fist)

Gung Gee Fok Fu Kuen is the first pillar form of Lam Gar Hung Kuen, and is composed of old school Southern Shaolin Tiger style techniques. This demonstration is performed by Sifu John Malone of Iron Lotus Kung Fu.
