I like your channel and perspective as a business owner. I enjoyed listening to the explanation of the guns on the wall. As someone not exposed to the shop daily, I would want more time spent with you confidently talking about what is available. The more drawn out the better imo. Hand movements across the space of the backdrop gave tingles As far as expansion, the additional ideas are admirable. I advise that a specialist will always make the most in any field and preserve the most mental capital along the way. The more aligned it is with something you enjoy the easier the expansion of that niche.

Are you near any lakes or bodies of water? You could sell bait, tackle, and fishing rods Start with a few, see how they go Consider tents and outdoor supplies like packs and jackets If you have a lot of hunters as customers, ask them about what they hunt so you can sell products that they would be interested in: feeds, calls, etc. some little ticket items

You should make a small section with a work bench and tools. Someone who wants to do different things to their guns but doesn’t have access to tools and equipment, not only that but give them a reason to get out the house and interact with people. BTW if you’re hiring, you can hire me! 😂 but no really.

I am 27. It’s honestly not to hard you just submit a application to become a ffl to the atf then they will schedule an interview with you and go over all the laws and paperwork and then wait a few weeks and your license shows up in the mail.

Look into those hunting/shooting simulators. They vary in prices, but if you had a decent one then you would have people lined up to play with it. Nobody else would have one, and you would stand out even more.

There is a form on the atf website that you fill out and mail to them. They do a interview with you and inspect your property to make sure it’s secure then they mail you the ffl in the mail when you are approved
