Shined leather shoes used to be for everyone in society. Now, everyone wears sneakers. The only people in my city I ever see regularly wearing leather shoes are lawyers, walking around with briefcases. It's pretty telling that everyone getting shined in these videos are wearing boots. No loafers or wing tips.

@@AngeloShoeShine Thank you for replying and taking it on board 🙌 I do the odd podcast episode myself… I’d suggest something like Anchor. Just drag and drop your audio or video file into Anchor and it’ll automatically apply it into audio form, as well as… automatically upload it to Spotify for you. So essentially you’d record them as usual, and just drag the finished file into Anchor and it’ll do the rest for you. Whichever way you go about it though, thank you for considering it 👌🙌

Angelo, superb job cleaning and polishing the boots. To clean off the dirt after you brushed and wiped off the saddle soap, did you use acetone? Whatever it was it got off that ground-in dirt completely, making those boots look pretty much like new. I bet the owner was pleased.

Hello David, Yes, sometimes with acetone it comes off but sometimes it doesn’t which is when I bring in my scraping knife tool. These seemed to clean out nicely!

Not all shoe shine technicians produce good results. I saw a channel yesterday where the guy worked on truly used shoes and boots but used the wrong sand paper, his cleaning was not well done and the end results looked horrible! This is so much better work and they actually look great!
