Always nice to hear the great John Dehner in a meaty supporting role.

Little slip ups and mis speaks that you find in these old radio shows are something that is missed from modern entertainment. It makes things seem a lot more authentic.

There shouldn’t be any slip ups when they’re only reading from a script!

Dillon is like A wolf hound.

Another episode with Dillon doing detective work. William Conrad was too portly for the tv show and not tall enough (I think he was shorter than Dennis Weaver and WAY shorter than James Arness) but he did go on to fight crime in the role of Cannon. And for me, the voice of Matt Dillon was always Conrad's voice.

Who would have thought that radio plays could be so entertaining?? Certainly not me. And there are years of listening on KZbin. We're very lucky today - well, in some ways at least... 13 Apr 2024
