Bruh I thought the gifted program was where the "special" kids went so I did bad on the test but didn't realize I did so bad, that I got put into ESL for half a year. Then they realized I was fine, took me out of ESL, and thought I had an off day during testing 😅

The new ones did. Old ones used an actual IQ test not the new standardized test. And it's not like a test you take after having learned stuff in school, like in New York, you were tested at like 4 or 5 years old. And on that old system, the 98th percentile was 132 IQ.
