Gurgaon Sector - 89: Price of Houses, Apartments, Villas, Plots, Commerical Property | Rohini Review

There are two major highways and expressways connecting Delhi and Manesar. New Gurgaon is well connected to Pataudi Road. Dwarka Expressway is situated nearby. Working professionals prefer the Dwarka Expressway route. NH 48 is 11 km or 30 mins away. IGI airport is 28 km and 50 mins away. Gurgaon Railway Station is 13 km and 20 min away. The sector has a utility corridor connecting Dwarka Expressway and Manesar. A 3 km patch planned connects Central Peripheral Road. Rapid Metro is planned on 60 m of land. Cabs are easily available here but autorickshaws and buses are available near the main road. HUDA City Centre Metro Station is 17 km and 30 min away.
Aapno Ghar amusement park is 8 km and 10 min away. Kingdom of Dreams is 15 km and 30 min away. Within 5 km, schools, banks, hospitals, restaurants, and shopping complexes are available. Shops for daily groceries are within the residential projects.
Opposite Sector-89 is Sector-88 which is planned to be a replica of Sector-29. A stadium is planned in Sector-94. Clinics are available within 3-5 km. Rockland and Medanta are located 12 to 15 km away. There are 8 schools within 5 km.
You can find traffic jams during peak hours. Less police patrolling is observed. NH 48 is advised to commute at night as it is well lit. Electricity is provided by the government, but water is managed by private developers.
