I have been having a lot of arthritis pain. I have tried many things with some success, but not enough. I started thinking it would go on for the rest of my life. But in meditation, I kept hearing it would pass. It was always temporary. When Guruji said “ Guru is always young!” I identified with the guru inside and realized I am not this body. I am eternally young, fresh, and full of energy! I cried because realizing that was the greatest pain relief I have felt yet. Does the body I am in still hurt? Yes…… but detaching from it and attaching to what I really am makes it seem less. Thank you Guruji for reminding me of who I am!❤
