Sir, I had a worst experience in my life during my degree time. Its not relating to your video but I have watched lot of your videos so think you can help me. During my degree time one day I was talking to my cousin casually and suddenly I felt like some kind of a weight or a burden came and fell on my head. I dont know what was that it was just a feeling and after that I was not a normal person like before. Self consciousness and self doubt creeped in. Still now I am struggling with that.
