@Sal Bass You have to keep them in the fridge in Canada and the US because they get washed & it takes of the layer that protects them from the air & it makes them porous. I think we wash them to protect against salmonella, but the process makes them go bad really fast if they're not refrigerated.

To answer your question about why people watch the podcast: I used to watch the H3 podcast all the time, but recently it's started to feel like watching movie stars rather than real people like me. You guys still feel like someone I could hang out and be friends with and watching your podcast is just like hanging out with friends. Still love Ethan and Hila, but it does feel different. Keep it up, proud of you!
