Great content with great guest! Got to know many interesting insights of guts!!😂 But there is one confusion I am having is a protein intake! If we eliminate animal based foods what is a good source of protein? I know there are vegan options out there but not very many or I would say we’re not used to have it. And the protein is one thing which makes our body and much needed ingredient to keep us running!

thanks for the video...just confused about walking 100 steps immediately after any meal...I was advised by a nutritionist to sit for half an hour and then do 10 to 15 minutes of slow walking...will you please throw more light on this?
@martinvelicky79995 ай бұрын
Walking right after meal is to help you to lower insulin spike mostly in case of eating fast carbs. If you have had a well balanced meal with enough fiber, you may enjoy beauty of the world on your walk, but you can do as well by having a nice daydreaming half an hour on a couch.

Ayurveda is good in analysis and story telling, but nothing works in reality. People are getting deceases due to vegetarian and fruits products only. When our digestion becomes week non veg is the only food that saves us, that itself tells what is healthy. Anyone can try and experience this.

@@somethingbiggerOnly gut related things that is, gut is responsible for only processing the learning, emotions and memory by sending signal to the brain. Gut has no memory store in. Don’t agree with the emotions part at all. Watch this experiment in Australia where the had attached electrodes to heart and brain , and every time before even they were shown a image subjects were able to feel a sensation in their heart first and already knew what the image is going to be of before they viewed it , to just reject everything is gut is wrong yes gut has a paramount role we gave gut feeling and instincts but only after our hearts have deciphered it ,Brain is just a processing unit . She is very knowledgeable but her knowledge is incomplete.
