so i don't know if it is true, but i read somewhere that if Guy takes more than 3 bites of something served in the show, it shows that he really likes it because he is apparently only supposed to eat a small bit of the meals served for reasons i don't know, and he took a looooot of mouthfulls of that goat.

If he and other foodies ate all the food or even a quarter of a plate, they would have a heart attack/ be seriously unhealthy. They have to maintain their health, especially if they are not young. Then you should come to Ghana and try Kelewele. It's a savory and spicy fried plantain dish eaten mostly as a snack. It is normally sold in the evening with a side of roasted peanuts(optional)

The highlight of the oxtail is the blended seasoning. I do make all my seasoning from scratch. All natural seasoning! Ensure I always make enough to bottle and refrigerator. Love my Caribbean food and culture. The best! 🇯🇲🇯🇲

Browning is what you use to stew meat usually you use brown sugar
