@@LittleLulubee And I hate it when videos like these make it seem like that and people like you crap on veterinarians. First off, we only have his account of what the vet said. Many dogs that are severely injured (whose guardians/owners don't want them put down) live lives of constant pain and misery. Not every family is able to provide the level of care that these animals need, veterinarians can't do background checks on families, and so they definitely offer euthanasia as a morally and ethically compassionate service. But please do hate on veterinarians who have extremely high rates of suicides -- likely due in part to the number of animals they have to euthanize because humans are awful.

I served 21 years in the Army, 4 tours in the middle east and 2 tours in Africa. On my last tour we were hit by an IED. I suffered from a TBI and a host of other ailments. People called me a hero. I WAS NO HERO! I was doing my job. This amazing person who pulled over and rushed that horribly injured dog to the vet and then fostered it and nurtured it back to health IS A HERO!! THAT IS WHAT A HERO IS. It's not about doing your chosen profession. It's about going above and beyond to save the life of another being. Thank you so much for bringing joy back to the life of that beautiful being.

God bless you David. I understand your love for dogs. I had a similar situation with a dog I rescued. He got a very aggressive type of cancer and my holistic vet told me to get ready to put him to sleep.. But I believe in a higher power and never to give up. My dog lived several more years and was cancer free.And I did it with natural remedies. Never give up, without a fight. Sometimes vets and owners are too quick to want to put an animal to sleep. No way. I would have robbed my dog of quite a few more healthy years.on this earth.❤❤❤

The whole world needs rescuers since there are so many animals across many countries are in need of help and just basic care. That's why I donate a little every month to foreign rescue centers and shelters since they're poorer and conditions are worse, esp in worn-torn countries. Truly sad but each person can make a difference by donating, adopting, fostering or volunteering....Do whatever you can, whenever you can, to help animals in need. 🙏
