Guy being humble. He was a better TT rider than he admits to. He did unbelievable for a bloke who was part time.

Michael Dunlop is part time. He owns tipper lorries, a veterinary clinic, builds engines and owns a restaurant/bar. He has 19 TT wins. However, Guy was a fantastic rider and in any other era, would have had at least half a dozen TT wins. He’s a tremendous character.

@@88pedro888 difference is he works for someone else and MD works for himself, he has employees that do the work, guy grafts 60hrs a week and then races on weekends, kept his true grass routes racing attitude. Not to say he would of won anything but certainly takes it toll

Guy was unreal and should never be diminished in anyway by anyone! The problem is he was racing at a time of prime mcpint/hutchy/dunlop etc who would of competed for wins in any generation especially at the TT. Just shows how unique the TT is you need to be quick and have luck on your side too, how many unbelievable riders almost won but didn't and damn well deserved it! Just one of those things

I came here wanting to know how to get my 1.5hp petrol lawnmower running a little better! I'm now considering making it dry sump, adding 9 more cylinders in a V arrangement, running it on methanol, adding a quad turbo setup to get my mowing times down to sub 5 seconds! 😳😁

Jesus... That was SO FAR above my head, But i could have listened all day !.. Glad guy got out, he scared me at the tt.. I was told NOT to buy another bike, so i took up Munros, fell 200+ ft down rockface, broke most things including my back in 4 places... Rickey love your videos your understanding of what goes on and what you understand and the way you explain what's going on in the internal combustion engine is on another level as well as your approach to cleanliness and room temperature to achieve the tolerances that obviously must be achieved is incredible, you remind me of a guy I worked with in a Porsche dealership in Nottingham in the late 80s early 90s called Tony Lyon at that time he was a 6th year apprentice and the only man in the UK that had shelled all 3 Porsche models the 944 the 928 and the 911, I am curious have you ever come across him we were great friends back then before I moved back to Dublin, long shot I know but just asking, love the videos mate.
