Darn, a black racist born in a white skin... lol ... wonder what he thinks of other skin colors though. Especially since differentiating on skin color is as stupid as differentiating on hair or eye color. Since the rest is allllllll the same, there is but one human race at this moment, with different combinations of bodypart colors. All other humanoid races have disappeared hundred of thousands of years ago

This dude went from bad to worse. What really get’s me is his stance on interracial couples. I’m a black woman dating a white man and it hurts me to see that some people still think this way. That there was a time when we wouldn’t have been able to be together. What two consenting adults do is no one else’s concern. It’s 2022, do better.

Oli is just a troll. He apparently didn’t even used to know anything about Jimin or BTS or anything until after he started with the surgeries. I think he wanted surgery then decided the weirdo stalker becoming Korean stuff was good to get attention with, and many shows paid him big bucks to come share his nonsense. It also probably helped him with his music career to some degree. He’s just a troll. I know it’s easy to think he’s not since he’s “too committed” but I think he wanted the surgery regardless, and just lies/exaggerates the reasons. To my knowledge I don’t think he ever even tried to get Korean citizenship, which would’ve actually made him technically Korean (even if not ethnically, but he’s still not ethnically Korean regardless). The thing that annoys me about Oli London, Zeus, Rachel Dolezol, etc is that they’re appropriating the “transracial” term. Transracial people do exist. It refers to people who were adopted in a transracial adoption, and they have actual issues and experiences related to being transracial that are worth discussing and addressing.

I want to say that "transracial" is actually a term, but it's not about someone trying to become a race they arent. It's actually a term thats supposed to refer to children adopted into a family of a different race. It can create unique problems between them and race. You can look up stuff like the "transracial adoption paradox" to get an idea. Delusions like what this guy has really takes away from real issues. He's got some kinda hero complex thinking he's breaking walls down, but he's only making more issues. If he had gotten the injections, just bc he liked how he looked darker, without trying to claim that he was a different race, a lot less people would have an issue with it.

You can like a culture, and be involved in it - without being a member of it. Growing up I lived in a heavily Mexican neighborhood and most of my friends were Mexican or of some Latino culture. I went to all of my friends’ quinceaneras, and a lot of holidays or family parties. I even was fortunate enough to learn how to make tortillas with a friend’s grandma, and I learned (not enough lol) Spanish so I could communicate with some older people in my neighborhood that didn’t speak English. But that doesn’t mean I’m not white anymore lol. I am still very white, but I can also eat jalapenos without crying lol.

@@mellissamercado7904 different people literally have different hair textures. I’m a white person with curly hair. My hair requires different treatment to be healthy and manageable than someone with straight hair’s hair does, but my curls are also a different texture and everything than that of a black person with type 4c curls. They benefit from protective hair styles and different hair products and treatments than my hair does. Acknowledging different hair types benefit from different treatments isn’t segregation lol. I’m so pale that I need to use a lot of sunscreen for even fairly short periods in the sun where I live or else I’ll burn really easily and be at significantly higher risk for skin cancer. If a dark skinned black person where I live used the same amount of sunscreen they’d probably wind up with vitamin D deficiency. This nuka cola guy is clearly delusional, thinking that his actual genes have turned "black". I'm a trans man, I take testosterone, but that's not going to change my genetic code cos that's not how genes work. I can't help but feel bad for this man & his family, dealing with people who suffer from delusions isn't easy, especially in a country where mental healthcare is so inaccessible. There are ways white people can help the black community, fx. speaking out against injustice, uplifting black voices, supporting charities, & standing up for black people when we witness discrimination. Nuka isn't doing any of that.

I have black friends and grew up in my youngest years in a mostly black community. If I sounded and acted black as a kid it's just because that's the people that I was around. Even today if I get really emotional I might slip into my childhood accent. My friends called me "the world's whitest black man." They were cool to me and often when I was the only white person, they just made me feel welcome and accepted. But I knew I wasn't a black man and never could. Also, when my friends called me that it was them being funny and making me feel welcome, it wasn't something I claimed. I knew my friends' experiences were not the same as mine, I would certainly sympathize with them and it made me angry. I was sympathetic and would stick up for them when I could, which wasn't often because I would only hear the stories. But this didn't make me black and I would never have made such a claim. How this dude could have been claimed as a black man is live in an all black community and be legit with everyone. I was accepted as a member of the hood I was from, and if anyone outside came at me, they would have my back. But. Again. I can't emphasize this enough, they were being generous and kind to me, even though outside that neighborhood they definitely had it harder than me. This upset me and frustrated me I could not really change it, but it made me realize I was not in any way deserving of claiming anything other than appreciation for the way I was treated. This really disgusts me. He's flexing on shit he ain't got no business flexing on and his caricature of being black tells me he knows nothing about being black.

So you admitted that you never really seen these acts of racism, your friends just told you stories. Don't you find that a little too convenient? I watch a lot of police body cam footage and no matter what happens if it's a black person they claim some kind of racism. I am willing to bet that this is how they tell that "story" to other people, which is through the lense of racism. Idk just a thought because I grew up in a black neighborhood and went to a school that was majority black and I never seen my black friends being treated differently because of their skin color. However, if asked they to would have racist "stories" to tell. It just seems a little peculiar looking back?

As a black person, I don’t know how to feel about this. All I know it makes me feel icky. The German lady, I didn’t really mind. There aren’t many people of color in Eastern Europe so I figured she’s fascinated. She wanted to be different. She didn’t actually want to be black, she wants to be African. She went to a village in Africa and lived with them and learned (and they probably thought she was bizarre as hell) but she integrated herself in the culture. She didn’t put on an accent. She was as respectful as one can be on this subject I think. It’s still strange but it’s more understandable. But this is maybe like a fetish? He wants to be part of black American culture but he’s going about it the completely wrong way. Why does he have to change his skin tone? There are so many different races that are completely accepted into black culture. And it cracks me up that ‘him and his family aren’t white’. Their human. But all the other white people are ‘cave people’. It’s just icky.

@@blufluffya_496 it’s seems like he wants to be black because he thinks white is evil. So yeah, maybe it’s the intent that makes it wrong. It’s like that Oli London person. They want to look like a Korean pop star, they moved to Korea, they’re learning Korean, they aren’t necessarily hurting anyone (except for that pop star who I think got a restraining order for them or something). It’s an odd showing of appreciation for a race when they could just move to Korea and integrate into the culture like a regular person. But this man is actively putting down white people. I think all of these people that are trying to change races need extensive therapy but he uses the n word he says ‘the white race needs to be poisoned by people of color’ and ‘white people are poisoning people of color’s race’. As a black man I've had the pleasure of actually speaking to Nuka Zeus. I can say he is a very nice person to talk to. A very down to earth guy when it comes to certain topics but it seems more like he is trying to become a black man more for the aesthetic and to fit into his area than the actual culture it seems to be more of an issue that he needs to fit in where he lives rather than he feels like he belongs where he lives. (Edit: I never expected this to get any responses so I will answer as many questions as I can in replies as soon as I am free.)

I am a white person living in a predominantly Black community. Most of my coworkers, friends, neighbors, loved ones, and kids I take care of at my daycare are Black. These videos really bother me a good deal because the way to be granted a place in these communities isn't to pretend to be something you're not. It's to be comfortable and confident with who you are and your willingness to understand your own racism, privileges, and thought patterns. It's to force yourself out of the majority position. My point is, you have to earn it, not just force yourself in. It can be a really special thing, but It's not.... This. This is just plain ole racism.

This is so surreal. As a biracial who has dealt with racism before I even knew it, I’m genuinely concerned and saddened. The ironic racism of this guy is shocking. Racism isn’t something that that is solved with revenge or “getting back at them”. Racism is solved with a deeper look into their person and truly seeing who they are. It’s sad that he never felt like be belonged but this isn’t right. Anyways, Love you Leo!

@@vincentzhaiven4017 it's actually not a stretch. a good "popular science" read is Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome by Dr Joy DeGruy. it talks about the epigenetic effects from slavery and racism that are present in populations in America today. if you don't know what the epigenome is, it means "above DNA" and it's basically a blueprint that tells your body how to read its DNA. during times of stress (like slavery) a process called DNA methylation occurs where methyl structures attach to the cytosine base of the DNA. it doesn't change the sequence of the DNA, but it does alter the double helix structure with epigenetic alterations. furthermore, this DNA methylation acts as epigenetic markers which turn certain genes on or off, thus impacting the body's interpretation of the DNA. (epigenetics are why identical twins with the same DNA can have different genetic diseases). so this can cause disorders like PTSD and other disadvantageous side effects. additionally, DNA methylation can be inherited nongenetically through the germline, meaning that people whose parents or even grandparents suffered PTSD from slavery which was left untreated can inherit that (Dr DeGruy calls this Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome and that is what the book is about). but trauma from slavery isn't the only trauma that black people have had to face in america, more recently was jim crow which was also hellish, "separate but equal", and there is still racism that exists today and a revival of nazi ideologies with neo nazis. so it's not only their predecessors suffering, but their suffering, and their predecessors suffering that they have biologically inherited. i hope this helps a bit. lmk if you have any questions.

A lot of the other commenters have pretty much said what I wanted to say about this guy. As a white dude however something really strikes me about this guy. He talks about black people (I mean besides all outright racist shit like "poisoning the well") like I would talk about a halloween costume I would consider purchasing for a party. Because for him it is. He can just...take it off. That is why all those "social experiments" that try to swap races are flawed to begin with. As long as you can just take off the...blackness* then you can't truly understand that group of people. Those people can't just become white like you can. *I don't know what word to use here if someone knows a better one let me know and I'll edit, because I don't mean just the skin color, but the way he speaks and represents himself, etc Edit: Holy crap he gets even worse as he goes on. Should've waited until I finished the video before commenting.
