Guyanese butter flap/cheese flap bread| recipe

ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
3 tbsp melted butter if you use unsalted butter add 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp active yeast
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp softened butter
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Love this with cheese & swank these shops that sellling butter flaps now they dont put enough butter in the flaps😂like eating regular bread

Sometimes the butter melts away in the oven but the bread is still suppose to taste delicious regardless. I like mine with a cream soda 😋 so good.
