Another sucessful and delicious recipe!! Did not attain 100% sucess AKA "fully vex roti" but that was my fault due to inexperience. One side of some of the rotis were rolled thinner so that side didn't swell. I did get partial swelling and the rotis were still soft after it cooled a bit compared to the frisbees of my other attempts 😂😂. I'll take the small wins where I can get them with Mr. Sada. Just need some more practice and I'll be good to go. Thanks for another awesome recipe.

Thank you for sharing, i see now i did everything wrong my son just laughed at me. I usually mix my flour in the stand mixer but have a habit of folding the dough into itself once everything is combined. If i combine everything in the mixer and use your knuckle method to press out the dough, do u think it may be possible to seke properly?
@matthewsguyanesecooking46015 жыл бұрын
It should you can try it out. Mixing by hand is easier in my opinion and you always get the best results.
@cmaharaj1235 жыл бұрын
@@matthewsguyanesecooking4601 i agree 100%. I only started using the mixer because i have 4 kids, of them under the age of 5yrs, and everytime one hand is tied thats when they need eveything to survive. The mixer is my extra hands.
