This is why i hate games like this… I get the whole point is big powers dictate big events but that shit with uk and sweden just really drains any joy for anything interesting happening. To get the gears greased college had to fall on their sword I did like the Armenia play though

It's more an issue that if you are a minor you can't invade areas in major power's spheres of influence without even talking about it beforehand. If a minor nation decides to ignore diplomacy in a game heavily focused on diplomacy, that is just a skill issue. Swimmy in general that game throughout the multiple sessions did a decent job at preventing it being a "nothing ever happens" game.
