Use wax on the screws, I have an old candle that the wick burnt up faster than the candle so basically a jar of wax that I scratch the screw through before screwing in.

I put these on my Leo Jaymz Monsoon. They look and lock well. For the price they are adequate and do the job. No mods they dropped right in. My headstock is reversed so i needed left handed tuners.

Hey . If I could, I have a question about your robinette power break. Is that thing an attenuator as well? Or.is it just for use as a line out device for recording. Thanks for any insight
@maraudermusic271410 ай бұрын
Hello, it is just an reactive loadbox with a line out. I do like that the line out has a tone control, you can really get great presence out of it.

@maraudermusic2714 Well, I ordered the parts for one, thinking it was an attenuator, hahah.. so I'll build it, but I don't have a board to use it with. That's hilarious.. I don't do any recording, but I guess I should look for a board now . 🤔

You will need an IR loader of some sort. A hardware unit may be best due to a software ones may have latency. A cheap one to try is the Sonic Cake IR loader. I use the HX stomp as just a IR unit and also as my USB audio interface for all recording, and I use the amps in the HX, I lean towards the REVV amps in the HX Stomp and I get bass tones I like with the unit as well. Check out Nick Hills channel for HX/Helix info and a free bass patch.

I have a set of Guyker's on my Epi Les Paul. They seem to be just as good as any other locking tuners I've used, and Ive used most of them. For under $30 it's a no brainer.

hey man , are those 6L OR 6R cause i willing to buy them but dont know what to choose.

It is confusing. So I have a standard Right Hand Headstock on a Right Handed guitar. So if that if what you have order the 6 Right Handed or (6R). Hope that helps. Thanks for checking the video out!

Here's what you do. You in take your tuner and clamp it on your headstock. You hit "A" 440 open and then you follow through the rest of the strings on the fifth fret and tune with the machinehead buttons manually! Then you tweak to ear for touch-up if you need it. Next ,you throw out those lousy fucking lock machineheads you just bought because they are lousy gimmicks and your guitar won't tune any better! It's another shitty piece of gear to waste money on!

Less wraps=better tuning stability. Pull string through and lock=faster string changes. Watch other videos on them. Educate yourself.
