Say whatever you want about this movie, but this one scene is one of the best yet one of the saddest scenes to exist in the franchise. Even after almost 10 years this movie has released, this scene still hurts like hell. It’s too well done. Andrew’s emotions are so real it’s as if Emma had actually died right in front of him.

2:59 Little detail I noticed just now, the Police Officers are wearing mourning bands on their Badges. Usually, that means a police department, the NYPD, in this case, has suffered a loss. I'm pretty sure they did that for Gwen because she’s the daughter of the late Captain George Stacy. Nice little detail that makes this scene even sadder to watch.

I mean… It’s his movies. I know he didn’t write the script but this movie is butchered. Spider-Man takes nothing serious in tasm2.. He fxcks around while lives are in imminent danger THE WHOLE MOVIE. Pacing is terrible, it has pointless storylines, it’s like 5 different things for fans to focus on in these films, Harry comes from thin air, Peters morals are inconsistent, Gwen is fine, but it’s Peters fault she died, Dillons transformation into evil electro makes no sense, Harrys motives make no sense, And PETERS PARENTS ARE POINTLESS. Just wanted to shii on this movie real quick because I can’t turn my brain off to watch it anymore.

​@@crooketdometvPeter's morals are inconsistent because even tho he became Spider-Man in TASM but in this movie since how he is having year of experience now he is struggling with Spider-Man and Peter and one of the main things Peter is struggling with the most is to decide whether he should let Gwen go or not and in the end he decides he is too broken and needs Gwen in life despite whatever anyone has said to him and then he has to deal with the conveniences. Then for electro, what do you mean it makes no sense? throughout his whole life, he is being bullied and since he never fights back and keeps all the anger in him once he became electro, the anger explodes and if you want more then watch one of his deleted scenes to get a better understanding. Harry's character is the weakest of all in this but he is shown as just a lousy spoiled brat who got betrayed by his friend and decided to take revenge what's no sense making in that? And for the last, Peter's parent's plot, yeah they fcked up that one pretty bad. throughout his whole life, he is being bullied and since he never fights back and keeps all the anger in him once he became electro the anger explodes if you want more then watch one of his deleted scenes to get a better understanding.

Like in the beginning of this movie, Rhino is rampaging through the streets in a big vehicle and spiderman takes his sweet time trying to stop him because he stops to tell his awful jokes. i was like, um, what are you doing?! People are literally dying left and right and you think now is the time to crack shitty jokes?! stop him first!! i did not like this spiderman at all.

I think the only reason we didn't see an Amazing Spider-Man 3 is because wasn't that great and they didn't want to risk making the third movie a failure like this one was so they decided to scrap the idea altogether but I'm pretty sure if we did see an Amazing Spider-Man 3 it would focus on Peter coping with the loss of Gwen by trying to find a new girlfriend he eventually found a girl named Mary Jane later on in the movie Peter discovers that Oscorp was experimenting with the Symbiote an alien life form since Peter's father was a scientist at Oscorp he wanted to study the Symbiote unfortunately he never got a chance to properly study it before he and his wife were killed in the airplane crash later on in the movie Peter meets Eddie Brock the one who would become the Monstrous Venom
