I mean, she did get some work done, and I think she's gone too far in recent years. I understand naturally as an aging person that we'd all want some things done, but I've always felt that the minor changes and tweaks is where it's at (that sweet spot) and that getting anything more is just letting panic and insecurity get the best of you. I feel like Gwen and Courtney Cox would look absolutely gorgeous because of their natural beauty if they just simply let themselves age naturally and MAYBE paired it along with some minor work and tweaks as the years get even later. Instead, they both have gone a bit too far as of 2021/2022 and it's unneeded. They've actually made themselves look worse than they would be if they stayed natural and got minor tweaks done instead.

No Doubt with Gwen is/was a remarkable band. They created their stardom and deserve every good thing they have attained. I'm not real happy she went solo unless others in the band wanted to retire. From whirling dervish that personified teen angst to an elegant star and business woman Gwen is a rare gem who gave us her all from the mid 90's into the mid teens. She really evolved over that span of time. A really original band and not exactly what i was a fan of. Until i saw them performing in concert video's. That was all it took. Been a huge fan ever since and i hope all of them are enjoying life. They deserve it.

I think she's truly free and unleashed when she lets her voice do what it was meant to do. This kind of soulful music and writing in this specific genre let's her explore her feelings in the most honest way...and I kinda feel like the more pop music route and modern country music route she's turned to really puts restraints on the raw power of her singing voice and some of her writing. The reason is, it seems the goal is more centered on being polished and a certain level of restraint. It's like trying to contain some powerful beast, and when she goes back to these absolutely gut wrenching and purely honest songs, her voice finally truly gets the chance to "sing" and soar unleashed again in its absolute raw form. You hear this rawness and honesty in her voice, it's kind of indescribable, and it's totally different from some of the other material she's moved onto without looking back. It's okay to do other things mixed in, but I feel like she's just totally let "this" Gwen Stefani completely die, and it kinda makes me sad. It becomes clear to me when I listen to songs from her past like this one...that this type of life-changing music is kind of her destiny and that she's built for it...but she's ignoring it as far as new material is concerned. She's got all of this rawness that could be amazing to unleash, and just holding back the immense power of it in favor of something lesser.

Si, ese sentimiento como de nostalgia lo senti reflejado en ella, pero igual es algo curioso por que Gwen y Tony siguen siendo amigos, y la banda segun ellos quedo en pausa (pero por muchoooo tiempo), Quizas sea nostalgia. De hecho me puso a pensar que pasaria si Gwen cantara Cool (su tema como solista) y las canciones de album "Return of Saturn" actualmente? siendo un album que para mi, en lo personal. Senti sus letras y sus canciones muy personales, muy ella y no de la banda, cuando ella las cantaba se sentia que nos queria contar, el como se sentia Gwen, queria desahogarse, queria romper cosas, queria correr hasta donde ella pueda. Ex- girlfriend, Simple Kind of life, Magic's in the Makeup, Artificial Sweetener, Too late, Conforting lie, bueno es que es todo el Album, senti que hablaba de ella. Wow eso seria abrir el baul de sus recuerdos.
