This is very interesting. I was just watching the worlds cross fit champion last week and she trains up to 8 hours in the gym and tries to hit 2500 calories a day but actually hits around 2200 sometimes. Shes only 5'4'' and weighs 137 during competition. Compared to you running cardio mainly and eating 3185 calories at 5'10'' and weighing 121. It just shows the amount of calories burnt through mainly pure cardio compared to weight bearing exercises mixed with shorter cardio.

The hyper hydration is actually meant to be taken before your workout. I would suggest to use the Hydration mix and if you feel you need more while running then mix the wellness with it. Strawberry hydration and the wellness is my favourite go2. Then after the run if you’re still dehydrated then fill up one of skratchlabs Nalgene bottles with 1 scoop hydration and 1 packet of wellness. 🔥 (I’m also a skratch athlete, I’m from South Africa so super hot conditions is almost something I’ve learnt how to master ☺️)

1000 g of watermelon is 300 calories...the count is way too high for 4 slices on that plate! Some other stuff also had a too high calorie count! It looked more like 50 g which is 30 calories for 4 slices! 5:17 The egg is not included in the dinner list. 💕 *Either way it’s lovely to see an athlete fuel their body, which sadly is an aspect many will refrain from due to various different reasons (and that’s when the joy is no longer a component, and it has become very unhealthy).*

No meat. How do you keep your iron levels high enough at altitude. I am perpetually low in iron. I blame the foot strike haemolysis and I do take supplements but I'm not happy about relying on them. Oh disclaimer for you, I won't expect a dietician answer, just interested.
@GwenJorgensen4 жыл бұрын
I've struggled with iron deficency for years and this past year I started to incorporate plant based days to help save the enviornment and noticed my iron levels increasing! I can't explain it but it's what happened to me personally. I used to have meat at every meal and my iron was so low. Could be just change in age or hormones or my supplement or food related. Sorry don't have answers for you. Also I eat a lot more meat when I'm on my period, losing blood :) I've been eating around my period more (so focus on protein vs carb at diff parts of my cycle)
