Very old rank 0 here. I just started playing Gwent again a few days ago after not playing for years and I happened to see this deck and man it's strong. I was able to craft two meta decks and this one is the one I'm going to stick with for a while now I think. I am only rank 18 atm as I haven't been able to play that much since starting all the way from 25, but I am yet to lose with the deck. A video with all the details like this is a very welcome thing when I'm trying to figure out how to play the game again. Thank you!

Update: So I hadn't played for over 4 years and this deck has gotten me a 72.5% win rate over 131 games and I'm currently Rank 4. The win rate would be closer to 80% if I hadn't made so many simple mistakes simply because I am rusty. Most of my losses are simply because of a serious missplay by myself. Your decks are strong and I'm really looking forward using more of them and possibly tweaking them for my liking if there's anything I to tweak. Thank you!

And after 176 games I just hit the pro rank with 71.6% win rate by using your decks only (with slight modifications for my taste). I must say that they are extremely powerful and most importantly consistent decks that don't rely too much on luck. Much appreciated!

The only way i have lost with this deck is when I couldn’t get the mage assassins out and they bricked my hand in a short r3 which only happened twice in about 20 games. Awesome list

I ran a Syanna Yrden deck for a week just to tilt NG Knights players lol. Q gone to the dark side 👀 jkjk. But honestly, one reason I don't like this NG Knights archetype is because you really don't have too much of a counter to an opponent stacking boosts on one of your units. It's not really punishing your opponents for their tall units, it's creating tall units and then punishing the opponent, which seems kinda busted to me. You need to be playing MO Frost, some very removal heavy deck or a meme deck to beat this deck. Fun deck, Igni is becoming v useful this time given that some SK decks just have Sove as their one unit.

Every deck with Yerden can beat this deck so chill dude no need for frustration in comments, and yes btw this deck can brick with mage assassins and Knickers so its not that easy to play it as u say.U need to time ur moves correctly to make this deck does what it does best.Just chill,there is and much worse and more broken decks like Reevers or Cultists or Renfri(in her prime patch).There will always be broken decks which will be fixed as circle of gwent demands. I still think the game is in a way better state than it used to be. I still remember double masquerade ball decks and when yen could place any card on top of your deck and wasn’t limited to just units tactical decision double ball was a nightmare lol. This is just fine

Renfri is Meta!! I went so damn easy to pro with nilfgaard imprisoment renfri triss spotter. I won 17 out of 20 games. I also have vilgefortz and igni in my deck. Great control with this deck. And I beat every time toussaint hospitality.

In the first match, why did you play palmerin before milton? You would've drawn igni with palmerin if you had milton down first. There was only one unit not boosted so that makes sense to rush the palmerin just in case they boosted Auberon. Beauclair could've fixed that problem if the opponent was that clever. That would've been quite the point swing. Three 9 power units deleted plus the 10 boost for milton.

Honestly I played this deck but a lot of people were tall punishing me so it's actually more beatable than you think. I got igni'd a few times, Ivar'd and a lot of Yrden's which honestly if there's one card i hate most in the game is the damn Yrden card that and heatwave.

Rainfarn not needed, me words exactly and my tech to deal with veil, immunity, defender or cultists is the 7 p Siegfried - that card always has surprise value where you then can abuse the shit out of all the Soves or other green strength problem units - even the pesky Kellie or first round Melusine are not really an issue - though I play a Calveit version, no Ciri as its easily dealt with imo and I teched in Yrden and Surrender.

I've been playing saskia-schirru unitless into them and it works some time but they can just put a spying unit on my side which is an instant loss. The deck feels way to strong though

Maaan this deck is AMAZING! It's fun to play and the deck deals nicely with any opponent. The only time I've lost with this deck were times when I did some silly mistakes, but other than that it's still 100% win rate for me (low bracket player)

This is the reason Gwent sucks. You can play a deck you are extremely good at but no matter what you ll always lose to op 0 skill required decks. I just dont get how some things get past playtesting. You are forced to use these broken cards and if you dont have them give cd pr your money coz thats all that matters. This game is pay to win and not worth my time. Its just sad that a card game with this much potential is held back.

The deck is from last season so it would've been impacted by the change. I'm doubt swapping a card or two to make it fit will change the deck much.

Question is ranking to 0 is difficult? Because I remember 🤭 when it was possible to go back in rank Also as before because of that usually people were test limit in standard mode (which is part of training now ). So it was less usual to face opponent who try their new deck for the first time in rank ☕️ now the game feel less toxic

Not really. You don't loose rank, so it all comes down to how good is your deck and if you're able invest an hour-or-so in the game per day. I'm talking worst case scenario, if you're somewhat decent player, then it will take way less time.

First game you made a slight error in boosting his Phantom with the buhurt, if you're playing a false ciri always use the buhurt on ciri and yourself that way you're not feeding them any points and the ciri comes back to you faster might have saved you a card instead of dropping to 4

Honestly some pretty terrible choices here. Heatwave is always gonna find value as oppose to igni. Black blood is crazy value with leader ability. Bauclair gives you 2 tall removals for 13 prov. Hoesntly you already have lots of tall punish for much cheaper provs. Lastly Luafental is garbo. He is like a weaker version of war council and you cant stack on an already tall you need. Plus you need an unboosted unit which you often stuggle in the last round of the match.

You can't Heatwave a Sove or a row stacked with cards for a Triss Meteor or even row full of Reavers. These situations will all trade down hard with Heatwave and to say that sucks cause it's one of my favourite staple cards. The fact that we can manipulate the opponents points so easily is all the reason to play Igni. Black Blood was a consideration in my notes but I feel would be better in a Golden Nekker variant since it plays slow without the use of leader on the same turn. Not really sure which card you're referring to specifically on the last one but I guess we have a difference of opinion on this archetype.
