What really happened?Is the police department COMPLETELY IGNORED this murdered young girl's entire family for a full complete MONTH untill her body showed up. Not only that another one of the x cop murderer, would be victims was harassed and abused BY 911 operator over her second 911 call on same night. & On the same evening and they never even sent the police, KILLER eventually busted her door down. And they still let him keep his job. You don't see no real tears here on this pathetic Sargent on the stand. All you see is him putting on a good act because he knows once this trial is over, her family's gonna drop a LAWSUIT ! Pathetic how he's got dimension how his wife is hispanic and he keeps making it about himself. He said he had to abandon his family to go look for this girl. If you listen he’s an SVU sergeant, he didn’t get involved until the police department sent the case over to him. Also, her body was not found a month later, she was killed in July 2022 and her body was found February 2023.

I know there’s a lot of bad cops out there, but I thank god for the good ones like this. I’m so sorry they have to witness such horrendous crimes. My brother was murdered and one of the cops that was involved in the investigation became one of my closest friends. I thank god for the ones like him and this LEO, compassionate empathetic and professional.

I was watching the Karen Read trial. The state trooper was having a conversation with someone else telling them she's hot. He also called her a C. He also said she leaks poop. What professionalism. So, that trooper was definitely NOT one of the good ones. Trooper Procter was his name. Yes, he is still a trooper doing investigations today.

He reminds me so much of the lead officer on my younger brothers murder case. It just made me cry. People only catch a glimpse of the heartbreak. But you truly can’t comprehend how life changing and soul crushing it is, and police are not immune to that. She was under the age of 18, therefore still legally a child. The "runnaway" assumption should not be the first. He also said unless there are other indications to take it further.. Isn't that part of the job, looking into the situation? Once again parents and friends did a lot more in trying to find the missing girl than did the police. Nothing changes.

Bless all first responders, MEs officers and all those that have to deal with these situations. They deal with these tragedies everyday, and for those that criticize them for their procedures-walk a mile in their shoes before you criticize. To be honest, they deal with all sort of issues daily, and they’re affected by these just as much as the families. They have to compartmentalize all this trauma, and all they see. The fact that humans can do this to another human isn’t on the police, this is on those evil, horrible humans.
