That is so hilarious I knew you were going to say you pre-ordered both Asuka's. I agree though it is tough to decide, I thought for sure I was going to pre-order the "original color" but the colored looks so nice. I still haven't decided what to get but sure has heck not waiting for the aftermarket cause your right it is crazy. I had seen people trying sell the first Asuka for over 100,000 yen.

I hadn't seem them before, but now that I've seen the grayscale, it looks a bit weird with the red color sometimes gray and sometimes red. I thought the point was to keep the red and then grayscale out the rest.

As always love the videos!!! I have a small question though. I collect figures as well but I've run into a problem where I have run out of space and have had to sell many to make room for upcoming pre-orders. How do you deal with this problem? I can see your detolfs are quite full and you have a lot on the way, It might be an interesting video to see how you set up things or how you deal with space issues :D

I'm new to figure collecting and after binge watching Daijoububu, Animbae and your channel, I'm hooked! I only have one figure so far: the Fairy Tail 1/8 Lucy Heartfilia from Bellfine. But I have two preorders for 2022! I have the Darkstalkers Morrigan Aensland Bishoujo 1/7 scale from Kotobukiya and the Asuka Radio Eva Part 2 1/7 (in colour) by Hobby Max. Oh, regarding Arcane... The style/design is...WOW, and the fight scenes are sooo much better than the VAST majority of action scenes out there. (primarily the hand to hand fighting...it's SICK)

My current favorite figures to collect are bunny girls which is any character withe playboy bunny look or any bunny look whether they have the ears, tail etc or the partial bunny look or the school clothes bunny outfit. Then my second favorite would be the the cape coat figures. So the characters who don't have their arms in the sleeves of the coat they wear and who are a leader, menace to society, boss, or the lone wolf trope who are strong and fight for others or fight for themselves. For example the number 1 captain in fire force and there are many more whether they had the pose or not in the anime or movie they have it in figure form.

Great camera quality! But you have so many good preorders for next year. I ended up skipping the sleeping beauty one because of space in the end, but agree it is one of the prettiest figures out there. I ordered the Maneki Miku as well! I don't actually like the sitting aspect of the figure, cause it feels like they're trying to force a Swacchao figure on me, but I'm still excited because she is very adorable. I hope they come out with a black maneki neko version as well, cause I think they would look so cute together! Great video! I have been collecting different kinds of figures for a long time (figma's, nendoroids etc), but I never got into scale figures. After watching some of your's and Daijoububu's videos, I am in love with scales. I still don't know much about this scale world, but I just preordered my first scale! I LOVE the Radio Eva Asuka Part 2 figure so much, I had to preorder it! So thanks for showing that! My wallet hates me now though hahah

The Aniplex Mai Bunny figure is absolutely my favorite version of her in her bunny suit and I've had her since she first came out. Aniplex knocked it out of the park with her, much better than the 1/4 scale Freeing version IMO. You will not be disappointed. I am currently awaiting her EStream Enoshima 1/7th scale, due in June (at least for now anyway), with great anticipation as she will most likely will be my favorite normally dressed Mai... bunny ears not withstanding lol.

I went for the Greyscale Radio EVA Asuka but it was suuuuch a difficult choice. I don't have any of the coloured ones though and I think the greyscale will look great in my collection with the pops of red. Excited to see more from the second line.

For me, my 2022 preorders I'm so excited about are eStream Gojo (cross fingers they don't mess him up), Aniplex Giyu and Rengoku (which are delayed to eternity), Megahouse Spike and Faye set (bless MH for rereleasing them!), Alter Kanao and my most excited is GSC Zero Two (without the bonus) ahh she's just stunning and glad you have her too.

I'm mainly excited for some of the Chinese manufactured ones I have on PO (OC Pelecanus & Mahjong Soul Kaavi) as it's a bit of a thrill getting these from fairly new manufacturers, so a bit nervous and excited. Also my first time using a Chinese proxy for the BiliBili Star Phantom China exclusive duo set, ready for a lot of excitement and anxiety with figures this year lol

I just bought the erina from food wars 1/4 bunny, the utaha 1/4 bunny, and the zero two 1/4 bunny. I will be buying more 1/4 bunnies in the next few weeks and I can't wait. Also you have preordered as of now several figures I will buy later on. I will also make a ballerina case with many anime ballerina figures. I will also have a huge lewd collection of many different versions or categories of characters. For example I will have like the b style spice and wolf many characters in the doggy style or crawling position.

Man when they cancelled unregistered air parcel that was a big blow for me too... What's your opinion on Navito world? Are they strictly only worth it if all other preorders are closed? Or is there a time when you feel their prices are worth it? For me the cost to take the train down to the physical store are the same as the costs of shipping lol. I've been thinking about using them to preorder some prize figures, but that $60 price tag is a bit much

My biggest collections will be the china dress figures, Characters cosplaying as other characters from anime, marvel, dc etc. Mainly pikachu, doraemon, crayon shin chan or chin chan and I will put those characters with the characters they are cosplaying, Bunny girls and all of the bunny boys, The wedding dress figures, swimsuit figures, school swimsuits figures, and much much more. I will color coordinate the figures or put opposite colors with each other. So black and white of a version of a multitude of characters together regardless of the series, light novel, movie, ova, they come from.There will be a lot of crossing over because 1 figure can be in multiple versions but I will organize by the version or what I think is the main feature of the figure to me. For example all characters with 1 sword will go together, then 2 swords will go together etc. I might have 1 of the biggest collections in the world.

But there's always a new one that has to be added to the list lol. I am so conflicted about the Radio Eva ones! I have the grey scale of Shinji ordered I like the grey version of Asuka and I like the colored and grey versions of Rei and Kaworu 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ and my brain was like oh I have the perfect idea you get both version of all of them and displayed them back to back with the different versions of themselves.
