I have trained mma for 15yrs starting at age 47...I know what I'm doing... the gym I'm at doesn't have bags...I use the heavy lift posts for targets - low, medium, high spots - shadow kickboxing for 24 rounds twice a week a mma studio is 200 bucks for access 2hrs a day 2x a week in a class I pay 75 for 24 hr access... had many conversations about how hard I train...pro football players talking boxing... meatheads are a dime a dozen...

I've shadow boxed before and its a great cardio work out its the longest 3 mins of your life. with that being said i would like to give a shout out and props to boxers and all combat fighters who can do this for 12 rounds while throwing real punches and taking them as well its no easy feat its hard work and takes a lot of dedication to build up your stamina to be able to accomplish that level of skill .. I'm in fairly descent shape but ti tell you the truth if i had to do 12 rounds of just shadow boxing i would lose that fight lol cheers to the real gym goers and i think that cameras especially content creators distract others in the gym .the the gym is there for working out not invading other peoples privacy and i hope more gyms put a full stop to the practice off content so called influencers using their gyms

I don't understand that guy complaining about shadow boxing, when your fists aren't hitting a bag or a solid object it is good cardio. It also teaches you to control your posture and punches, so you don't hyperextend your arms just trying to flail haymakers in a fight and getting locked up in a grapple. I'm Gen X and when I was in my twenties if somebody was dating and they broke up with the person if they wanted to stay friends it was fine, if I had friends that were girls and they got married or started dating somebody seriously, they didn't have to cut me off because I was a guy, I never got married but if I started dating somebody seriously I didn't have to cut off all my friends that were girls. Before 2000 you could have friends that were the opposite sex, and not have this weird oh well you might have sex with them it could happen just because you have the parts. When did cheating become so common and so accepted? It used to be that there was a whole lot of shame involved with cheating on your partner even if it's just a dating relationship, once it was established that your boyfriend girlfriend cheating was unacceptable and frowned upon by everybody, including the closest friends of the person doing the cheating.
