Warmup ka concept purana ho chuka ha, you can start training without warmup just start with light weights also no stretching required before workout muje 4,saal hogya han me kabi b warmup nhi hua or na stretch kia 15 ya 30 minutes, muje kabi koi injury nhi hui. If you are proper hydrated you are good or me training bhi empty stomach krta hon. Just glass of water in the morning,,
