Awesome to see the growth in the gym!!! Pretty sure one of the first videos I watched of yours was the first gym tour you did!!! So it’s really cool to see the differences!!!!

Look awesome! How do you like the Rogue sandbags vs the Brute ball sandbag? I have a Rogues sandbag and like it but wanted to know if the Bruteball holds up well to wear and tear.

Wish I had a gym like that in my area. All gyms here basically have 1 squat rack witch also functions as the bench (almost always in use) and loads of isolation machines. Nearest well equipped gym I found is 1,5hours away.. Or a cross-fit gym at a 30min drive but I won't bother going there on principle.

I was already planning to build a power rack when I find a bigger space to live in. Goal is set, hope it can be realized within the next 6 months. Baby steps!

which sand bags do you like better brute force or rogue?
@SzatStrength6 жыл бұрын
Matthew Klugh brute force are good for using the handles and different movements like cleans, pulling or even pressing. the regular sand bags though rogue hands down.
