All great stuff. My top 5 -Barbell clamps (I have a good rogue set) - scamazon knock off mag grips - Grip trainers (I have 50lb-250lb) - gymnastic rings (rig dips kill your tris and chest) - large fan and disk heater (very hot in summer and cold in winter where I live) Congrats on being a soon to be dad and husband!

Congrats on the future kiddo Coach Joe! For me, my favorite non essential gym equipment are my LED light strips and my bluetooth speakers. Super fun to lift in the neon glow with some good tunes cranking through the speaker

Coach Joey dropping new content. LET'S GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! How about doing something about stuff you bought you regret? Don't remember seeing that in your old content. I bought a Rogue deadlift bar that is fun but I find myself never using it anymore. It might have to move it on.

Great video. Best cheap and handy things in my home gym are bands, rings, pushup handles and foot width slant boards/wedges for ATG squatting. Kettlebells too, the 16/20/24 kg are super versatile.

Agree with everything on the list. Mad spotter hooks were a game changer for me, and a pair of hand towels for towel pullups, etc.

Congrats on everything. Can’t wait to see the new home gym. I use the little rubber crescent deadlift jacks (similar to using a 2.5 plate but work way better) and love them. Very cheap, effective, and space saving.

Good luck on the move brother ! With the new bigger spaced barn gym I would get a seated calf raise machine, a 2 in 1 good girl bad machine and a mini cable crossover machine. And congrats on your soon to be baby boy!

Great video! Look up lizard 🦎 skin towels. They keep you cool when the towel is damp. A cheap alternative to all the cooling tech coming out these days.

6:00 - we getting the 6 month update for the rice bucket training? Also, will the rice go bad keeping it in the bucket for years?
@CrispyCircuits4 ай бұрын
It will hatch little bugs. Just like flour and other stuff. Dump some dry ice into the bucket with the rice and set something on top, don't seal it! Boom! This will kill the bugs and eggs. People do this to store food for very long term.

Rollers > benches. I use my Titan pulling blocks on an old barbell with a yoga block as a contact point and a hip pad to protect my ankle. You can cheat a lot more with the bench and hurt your ankle at the same time. Rollers are top tier
