im no pro trainer but looking at your last kiloball exercise u are almost standing on your toes, the shoes with a high heel is making u put pressure on your knees to keep balance on your midfoot. my tip try socks or a barefoot angle to really “crab” grab the ground with your feet. again just my thoughts
