Manouche, Jim Song and David Anglin: the instrumental tune is Emmanuel - written by Michel Colombier. Incidentally, Colombier only had it on a couple of CD's of his own (very hard to find unless one lives in France). On one he had it performed by Toots Thielemans on chromatic harmonica, and Colombier's wife honoured his request to have that version played for his funeral services when he died. That version is also quite beautiful.
