without any gymnastic drills info, i made the same drill. but only the standing jump. i thought it would teach me to set not only straight up, but land in the same spot as well as the "hip set"

You should really do a tutorial on how to block to maximize height for doubles when coming out of a roundoff or back handpsring. A really common problem is for people to travel way too far back on their dismount coming out of a back handspring and lose out on a ton of height for performing multiple rotations.

Hi Tumble Sensei, thank you so much for these tips, would it be the same thing from a cart full for example ?

Do a tutorial on how tumblers can maximize height for a dismount coming out of a back handspring or roundoff. I understand that you need to land at an angle acute to the tumble track or floor, but I'm not sure of how to actually achieve this consistently, and I don't know any drills that will effectively teach this. I've been practicing handstand to snap-down on panel mats, ensuring that I rebound powerfully off the floor and forward, landing on the top of the mat, similar to what you were doing on the tumbl trak with the 8", but I'm not sure if this is the best or only drill to train high rebounds out of back handsprings. Teaching quick rotation is good, but coupling rotation speed with height is what allows athletes to achieve double and triple rotation dismounts.

For sure. I spend more time tumbling UP onto mats than I do tumbling to a regular landing (forwards usually chest height and backwards usually above head head). In order to focus purely on snapdown of the feet and height and technique. I'll have to make a tutorial about this.
