Thank you! The bouncing around and warmup twisting is exactly what I needed. All the different arm positions was really useful too, as a diver transitioning to trampoline. I’ve been super confused about the instructor making me put my arms down all the time 😂

Unrelated but... God bless the Lord loves you more than you can ever imagine so much so that he gave his only son to die on the cross to bear our sins so that we'd be completely pardoned from sin and its eternal consequences if we believe he died for our sins and repent from our sinful and worldly ways(turn from and turn to God) - life is short and our only chance to get right with God, take it ❤ YOU CAN DO IT

If you hold a cat upside down and let go the cat will do a twisting motion and land on its feet. At 2:21 you do a cat like spin. If a giant held you upside down and let you go high enough could you spin like a cat and land on your feet and "paws"? Thanks for sharing, very impressive athleticism.

5 minute full twist eh? what if someone comes up with 4 minute full twist? and guarantees results - if you don't make it in 4 minutes, they'll give you the extra minute free!

Nice Tutorial :) I have however had a slightly different progression order: After learning the double tuck, I learned full in next. Only afterwards did I learn the double open, and I still find it to be harder than the full in. Double puck and layout are hopefully coming soon :)
