Can you do a video about double backflips out of round off backhandspring. And have you guys looked into teeter boards? I think you would love them, and can make many tutorial vidoes with it.

I’m still stuck at a half and can’t figure out where I’m going wrong. Any tips because I’ve been trying for to get mine back but can’t figure it out.

Hi so what will help me not spin off the ground in my full !!! I can make it all the way around but way too soon and plus my body doesn’t wanna stop in a half only a full what can help me ??

Hey is it a big problem when I do the Roundoff with my right foot first but then do the twist in the opposite direction (twisting left around)?

Usually we would teach people to spin the same way that they round off. Some students are able to retrain their body to go the other way and some just can’t break it. But it also depends how far you want to take your tumbling and what skills you want to eventually achieve. There are a lot of factors that come into play when deciding to change it or not 😊

same problem here. i have seen a few athletes do a full from BHS and not from RO. what should i change then? my round off or my twist direction?
