Thank you for this, how often should i be doing this routine
@getgymnastfit8 күн бұрын
My pleasure! I’d suggest tat you do it once or twice a week before a main workout. This routine can serve as a warmup. Say you come to the gym and you start with: 5-10 min cardio on treadmill or step master, 2-3 light stretches, this routine, main strength training with free weights or machines, cool down (light stretching).💪🙂

Thank you for a great exercise, i do have one suggestion that you can do the drill one time to show and explain, and then you do it for real, because that made me confuse a few time, but that was a good exercise thank you

The suspended L sit
@getgymnastfit2 күн бұрын
Absolutely! It's called V-sit. I'll put it on my list and do a video on it fairly soon. For now. I just try to introduce the fundamentals to which I can refer people in my next videos on more advanced skills. Thank you very much for your suggestion.🤝

Magic ...I am smiling in a good way. 🙂❤️ Thank you. It's actually not as difficult as it looks if you know what you are doing ...but I guess that is what magic is all about ...to make complex and difficult skills look very easy and effortless.🙂

Are ok for a person with lower back pain ???
@getgymnastfit3 күн бұрын
If you have some ongoing lower back pain (sensation of tightness or shooting in the back or down the leg) then it's better to addres it first (with a physician or physiotherapist) before attempting these exercises. Especially the drills where you have your legs in the air or lifting the legs might be not so good for the ongoing back conditions. You can try another workout I've just posted : Gymnastics Spine Stability. Taht workout is very mild and aimed at improving the spinal stability which might help you alleviate the lower back pain. But please ba careful, no rush, do it slowly and listen to your body. Do not push through pain! Maybe discomfort 1-2 out 10 is okish, but greater than that is not really.

One question for exercise #1. I cant comfortably hold my hands so far back due to less shoulder extension than you have. It's ok to hold them higher ?
@getgymnastfit2 күн бұрын
Yes, of course! When you have a free minute, please give a try to my previous video on how to open the shoulders. It's not really about flexibility, but rather a correct placement of the bones as a result of a coordinate work of the shoulder and back muscles. The video is called: "Unlock Shoulder Mobility" kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqDLoIJ6r7-FZ6M

@getgymnastfit yes I saw that and will watch again.i have a much harder time on one side and it feels sort of like it hurts but this is a good opportunity to learn better movement

How to deal with after work out pain and soreness of abdominal area.
@getgymnastfit3 күн бұрын
If it's muscle soreness, then there is not much you can really do about it. Typically it lasts for a couple of days. The only thing I find helpful is a mild abdominal stretch and very mild a couple of core exercises. That increases the blood flow in the sore muscle alleviating discomfort a little while.🙂
