This is a GREAT workout for obliques. I could feel mine getting sore (the good kind of sore) within 5 hours of finishing the workout. Thanks to Jada and Gymra!

Love this AB routine! I am in a temporary living situation where I don’t have a lot of room to workout, so this was perfect for getting my abs and core a workout. I will be doing this in my new home as well. Also, I really appreciate the nature in the background. That is really calming and helps my focus. Thank you so much! She is really an Awesome instructor/leader. ❤

Loved that they were all standing. Always love me a good woodchop and the tuck and push was an interesting twist. I definitely had to drop my 10 lb on the standing contraction and my shoulders were still shaking lol.
