hung curd = higher fat content; nuts = additional fat at the end its not super healthy either, just better than a butter chicken with dozens of butter/cream.

JustAVoice butter chicken has a lot of mustard oil in the tikka as well! And regular butter chicken has cashews as well as butter and cream. Im training to be a chef so i know

Nope. Hung curd is curd which is hung in a muslin cloth for like an hour. Paneer is cottage cheese .

Paneer is made by curdling milk by putting citric acid like lemon. And hung curd is as suggested hung in muslin cloth to remove any access water. For best result hang overnight.
