Only a person who has passion for cooking can have such a smile while cooking. And with such positive vibes, food will be tasty! I keep the soaked mixture for idli, dosa or vadas in the refrigerator for an hour before grinding in a mixer. This way, the mixer doesn't heat up and spoil the fermentation process.

I tried idli and sambar recipe that is super hit recipe but along with that I tried this recipe too but using this 500 ml water with 500 gram urdal dal becomes watery and not able to do vada at all so it’s better to use only few spoons of water while grinding, thank you for the idli sambar recipe it’s was very delicious ❤
