🟢食材:
牛仔骨 500 克
蒜頭 1 個
鹽、黑椒、澱粉 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 牛仔骨解凍,洗淨吸乾水,加入適量鹽、黑椒,撒上少許澱粉。
2️⃣ 蒜頭無須去衣,頂部切走1/3,開口朝下整個放入煎烤鍋。
3️⃣ 把牛仔骨和蒜頭放入煎烤鍋烤至微黃便可,如沒有煎烤鍋可用焗爐烤焗。
🟢Ingredients:
Beef short ribs - 500g
Garlic - 1 bulb
Salt, black pepper, cornstarch - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Thaw the beef short ribs, wash and dry them, add some salt, black pepper, and sprinkle a little bit starch on them.
2️⃣ The garlic clove does not need to be peeled. Cut off the top 1/3 and put the whole garlic into the steam grill pan with the cut side down.
3️⃣ Put the beef short ribs and garlic into the steam grill pan and grill them until slightly golden. If you do not have a steam grill pan, you can use an oven to grill.
