Hôm nay mình nấu và ăn phở bò Việt Nam

CÔNG THỨC NẤU PHỞ BÒ
*Cho vào nước sôi 1 miếng thịt sườn bò, 1 đuôi bò, 2 gân bò nấu sôi 20 phút rồi vớt ra rửa sạch.
*nướng:
2 củ hành tây
1 củ gừng
*Thịt bò nạm
Cho 3 lít nước, thịt bò nạm với 1m muối vào nồi áp suất nấu 30 phút rồi lấy ra cắt lát
*Cách nấu:
Cho vào nồi áp suất 4-5 lít nước
Cho thịt xương đã rửa vào
1m hạt mùi
1 lẻ quế
15 bông hồi
1m đường đen
Gia vị nướng vào
1m muối
10-11m nước mắm
Nấu 1 tiếng 20 phút rồi lọc lấy phần nước.
Cho nấu sôi lại và cho bò viên vào, nếm nếm lại gia vi.
***Cho phở vào tô, cho giá chín, thịt bò nạm, bò tái, bò viên , gân bò vào, tiếp theo cho nước phở vào, thêm hành tây, ngò gai.

Đúng rồi anh, thường gọi là muỗng cafe. Tiêu chuẩn là cái muỗng hoặc cái thìa nó nhỏ lắm như muỗng để pha chế cafe nhưng dần dần cái muỗng nào để nêm nếm gia vị đều gọi là muỗng cafe hết :D

Charles Do True. I’m Hue also but my Vietnamese accent isn’t southern nor northern Vietnamese. It’s more in the middle since it’s hard for Vietnamese people with SouthernAccents to understand me.
