Sir, your recipes are the best and truly honest as is suggested by the name of your channel. But, your channel is stil not amongst the top because 1) Video quality 2) Channel intro timing is too long people prefer to have an intro timing of approx 6 secs. 3) Mic is echoing a little and there is disturbance. 4) u only use one video angle rather then using 2 or three. 5) there is a lot of unnecessary light entering the video leading to glare. This is just a comment from your well wisher. ✌️😃🔥👌

Aakhirkaar, dilli ki sadkon mein bachpan se khaaye chhole (matar) kulchon ka swaad ghar pe mila. Sirf ek baat poochhni thee. Aapke aur mere banaye kulche halke gehua rang ke bane. Sir ek cheez galat hai jo baking soda or baking powder se rxn hota hai vo fermentation nahi kahlata .Fermentation tabhi hota hai jab koi microorganisms jaise yeast(a kind of fungi), lactobacillus (bacterias which convert lactose into lactic acid) ya or koi aur microorganisms food ke under ke compounds ko breakdown karte hai with release of carbon dioxide.

I make bread regularly at my home. I will give this a try. Very good explaination and end results. I guess it is worth to make this recipe healthy version by mixing wheat atta with maida half and half.
