Recipe name- Kulcha
Preparing time-1 hour
Cooking time- 10 minutes
Serving- 7 piece kulcha
Ingredients-
Miada( refined flour)-2 cup ( 250 gm )
Dry yest- 2 tsp ( 10 gm )
Salt- 1tsp (5 gm)
Sugar - 3 tsp ( 15 gm)
Water- 1/2 cup ( 120 ml)
Oil- 2tsp ( 10ml )
Green coriander -3 tbsp

Sir, your recipes are the best and truly honest as is suggested by the name of your channel. But, your channel is stil not amongst the top because 1) Video quality 2) Channel intro timing is too long people prefer to have an intro timing of approx 6 secs. 3) Mic is echoing a little and there is disturbance. 4) u only use one video angle rather then using 2 or three. 5) there is a lot of unnecessary light entering the video leading to glare. This is just a comment from your well wisher. ✌️😃🔥👌
