可能我在video里面没有表达清楚。我想要表达的意思不是说ceiling price要来了,而是以一个general的立场去提醒市场里面绝对会有ceiling price这件事。要是房价超过median price太多了,不要盲目乐观以为价钱一定上得去而拼命去买房。也不要以为RTS建好了就天下无敌,租金可以任意起。 当然,你愿意拿着那么高的价位进来JB租房子,我先代表JB的房东们跟你说一声谢谢你愿意support local的rental market👍🏻可是我们还是要回到那个中立的角度,就是不能以一概全。 你愿意花这么多钱租房,yes good for you。但是你不能只based on你愿意用这么高的价钱去租房,就assume that市场里面大部分人都愿意用这个价钱租房或者ceiling price还很远。 如果我在这集podcast里面所表达的立场假如我太过绝对在某一个方向的话,非常抱歉🙏🏻但是我本意是为了提醒大家,现在就连最关键的RTS都还没完工。就算我们对未来前景多么有把握都好,还是要告诉自己要预留margin of error。 这个世界上没有东西是guarantee,这就是为什么warranty会存在的原因。

How do you think coronade? Because often people thinking of near RTS wasn't because of covered walkway but most of the people that worked in SG really has too high rental and live with landlord. It makes very good sense if there is a covered area direct connection to RTS. I'm not asking on perspective of investment only but also living because of high rental i face in SG.
