Hi I just cooked this last night. Its so wonderful. The tomatoes all melted into the gravy. This is only taught here I think. Also appreciate all the tips on cooking like splashing hot water on instead of cold water and the reasons why. Btw I used beef broth instead of red wine. Turneds out beautiful too.谢谢你!
