Another Point to discuss -- If America send back all H1B Engineers back to India ; Germany may take them and establish German Silicon City ; then what will happen-- all work today being done in Silicon Valley shall be done in German or Indian Silicon City, at less cost to Customer. America's Economy shall be affected. If less Students come to University -- German; French & British Universities are ready. Again it is America who is going to loose. Its like Businessman telling his Customers ; Do not come to Me. OTP is USP of University . Germany ; England ; France; Italy are looking desperately for ways to revive their Economy. it shall prove Golden Chance for them. Germany has already talked about their intention to establish couple of Silicon Cities. Same thing apply to Doctors also. Europe desperately need good Doctors. Indian Doctors are known for quality and experience.

No this view is completely false.. Right now all the West is against immigration. If you observe the changing trend, it is the right-wing parties that are gaining popularity. It seems like it is not going to stop anytime soon.

There is an anti immigrant sentiments in all of the western countries. The best place for these jobs to go is countries like India, Vietnam. UAE is a great option.

60% of the Indians in America do lowly QA jobs, of the 85,000 H1B visas only 5,000 maybe really skilled remaining are just fluff. Indian outsourcing companies have totally gamed the system. How can you get "Highly skilled worker" when you do a corp-to-corp contract. High skills has to be individually evaluated. Also Casteism has reached epidemic proportions in US Indian hiring and firing decisions. If a Tamil brahmin Iyer Manager becomes boss he fires all non brahmins, first he starts with his own Tamil Non brahmins, then fires African Americans and Caucasian Americans. He replaces them with Iyers who work as contractors for his wife's cousin's company and gets a heavy kick back to the tune of 40% per pay. All this happens right under the nose of the innocent American bosses who have no clue about Casteism or less suspecting about corruption. When an Iyer fires a ramadass and replaced him with a ramani the American will think the Iyer is impartial. By just looking at name I can say ramadass is a low caste non brahmin and ramani is a Brahmin Iyer name. But American HR has no idea of this. Corruption and Casteism has reached US epic proportions.

@Yudi My wife H1B got approved on may 2024 with consular processing from india, but not yet stamped. Her employer is not ready to send her immediately. She has her valid H4 visa. Can she travel with H4 visa and look for a new employer and do a change of status from H4 to H1b ? If any employer ready to do so and if its denied by uscis will there be any issue in any future processing ? Pls advice

Brother Yudi, Question: I have just got the H1B petition approval, I am also pursuing for EB2 NIW hopefully there wont be any conflicts as both these visa categories fall under different streams. Will there be any regulation where a child on h4 who completes his/her education since preschool does not max out at age 21? Need not do anything with the parents Visa but atleast these kids can be considered.

Yudi, i had asked a question to Rajivji about maxout children who were on H4 with mental disability then they cannot get colleges so F1 will be a hurdle. Rajivji suggested convert to B visa to stay with parents. But can these children stay beyond 6 months? I know its very rare but unfortunately i am parent of such a kid. I on H1B and my priority date for GC just Sep 2024. Can i get fee more information

Why target only about 1 % of Population ; Indians ? -- I have been to US many times. Have high regard for Americans. Fact is there are no enough number of Engineers in America. I am not at all saying Americans are not graduating. Bur there is so much Demand from Silicon Valley or Companies all over US ; Tech & Others ; there is shortage of Engineers; whether American or Non American. Day by Day ; Business is increasing. Coming 10 Years; its going to be so busy because of AI Wave ; Semiconductor Designing and so on. ; America needs to get H1B Engineers in more numbers. Look Social fact -- Today ; there are hardly 1 or 2 Children in family. Many Men and Women like to live Single. So White Population is on decrease. Or I say stagnant. On Other side Business demand is increasing. Think and Discuss from this angle also. More Chinese are coming to America but why discuss about Indians only. Many terror elements invaded in US ; like attempt on Trump in Pennsylvania. No one talks about it. Indians have always proved as honest employees. Indians never stolen Technologies and send back home. Nvidia has 75 % Chinese H1B holders. Take a bet ; After 5 Years , Nvidia's strong competitor shall be from China who shall start giving Semiconductors at 30-40 % lesser Prices. This has happened in case of EV. Tesla went to China; now Chinese Companies sell more and cheap cars. Such things happenings in every Technology. Never so with Indians. Indians always Loyal with Country wherever they work. A present drama is planned and well paid ; using MAGA as a tool ; may be by Deep State funded by China. America has not yet understand her real enemy. Also discuss why White Population is reducing. About Low Wages. there are Laws. Administration should have check on it. I am not talking about illegal immigration. Illegal immigration; Administration must act. ---- from Fremont ; California.
