Hi.. i've a doubt regarding my H1B DS-160 form filling & visa interview slot booking. In DS 160 i've given a tentative travel date to US as Mar 15th & submitted the DS 160. i am stuck at the premium delivery option 2-3 weeks ago i paid my fees and claimed the receipt while scheduling the appointment, no slots available it was showing then i clicked on the manage dependents just below the screen while scheduling the appointment. Since after that i am stuck at the premium delivery option. Even at the home page it's always showing continue application No option of scheduling appointment is visible at the visa application home page.

U can use ur old appointment confirmation also to attend interview ..if u don’t want to reschedule …or else call coroner care and tell them u cannot access old email Id and ask them to update new email Id and then u can signup to new portal …do this if u wish to reschedule appointment.

For dropbox we can submit at nearest ofc centre’s authorised ..no need to book appointment or u can book appointment at kochi..as Kochi don’t have consulate …at the same day and time u can drop box at Kochi

I tried to pay visa fees last week (F2 visa for my daughter and I)but couldn't complete the payment bcoz there was discrepancy with total amount and due amount, went to bank, they advise me to let it expired current receipt n regenarate since they r not sure why there's different amount and I tried to refill my details for the another payment but I couldn’t get it through to the payment section (unable to add my daughter’s details for dependent, it says that the email has been already in used and I cannot proceed further. Can you suggest what I should do? I have sent an email to the consulate office stating my problem but it’s been three days now and haven’t heard from them. I wanted to get it done soon, please help me Should I wait for their response however long it takes or should I start a fresh one again?

Hi Sir I am applying fresh H4 only for my wife & kids in the new portal 1. I have created new login account for my wife as h4 in the first page of applicant details & add kids as dependents here it shows my wife application as primary & dependents as kids in the drop down and finally total amount shows --> 3 applications My question here is it shows my wife application has primary, primary means its treating as H1 or H4 or 2. Created my own profile add dependents my wife & kids to my profile. when i go with this it shows myself as primary & dependents are of my wife & kids and it total in sum it says --> 4 applications amount Kindly suggest

I am applying for h4 visas for my spouse and kids; able to add my spouse details and it is navigating to fee payment section successfully but while adding dependents I am seeing a problem. I tried dependents with several email ids; all those entries are listed below with "Add" button but none of those are getting added as dependent showing an error that the dependent is already having a profile with a particular email id. When I try to add using that email id it says email id is already used. 2. Also I do not see any "Remove" button to remove the listed dependent entries. Did any one face this issue, how to clear the list. I tried closing and starting a new application but the dependents list is still seen.

We have been facing this problem since 29th July. On Manage Dependent page we can see ADD and REMOVE option listed below along with dependents however both options do not work. On payment page only primary members fee details are appearing. System is not adding dependents.

When did you create login profile for family? After portal migration on 29th July or Before? Actually I thought if we only who created profiles before migration are facing such problem.

If I want to apply for h4 dropbox for my kid alone, system says no primary contact is added, thus I am not able to create h4 application for my kid. @@Kyran988 After portal migration only I created for family, but there were earlier profiles created for spouse and dependents before to migration sometime back for other visa purposes. So, I created those profiles with same email ids in portal also.

@@manohar4040 No idea if could separately raise request. Kids should have primary along in the same process. You can raise your concern through the feedback option with Primary member passport details and problem screen shot. And wait for their reply. We have been doing for so long.
