Shoenice possibly has borderline personality disorder, or bipolar. My father is very similar, with mood swings. Shoenice is probably angry that you touched on some very personal and touchy issues for him, and that "it was all a troll" video was his way of trying to broadcast a sense of control of the issue, to show that he isn't embarrassed/weak and that he's a winner --- it's probably a mindset that he's subconsciously bought into over the years in order to stay afloat mentally and to keep moving forward in life. Again, I've seen the same behavior from my father, who had very similar life experiences to Shoenice (broken family, drug and alcohol abuse, war trauma), and from my perspective, he's angry that you were able to get so close to his personal demons, and feels humiliated that people are pitying him. Edit: I realized just now that I initially wrote the wrong disorder, though they can share a lot of similarities depending on the circumstances. I actually hadn't spoke to my father in years after my life was threatened, and had only remembered that he was diagnosed as bpd. I also don't want to speak in strong likelihoods, which I've understandably been called out on, so I toned it down from a "probably" to a "possibly".

Sharon Triana no you’re absolutely right, there’s an understanding if I’m listening to a podcast or interview I’m missing a lot of information like facial expressions, body language, or accompanying video clips, It’s just the price you pay by using audio only. but when we take the time to actually watch the video and they are watching clips in the studio but we can’t see them as well as the listeners can’t see either it makes absolutely no sense at all, what is the point? Seems like someone on the team would’ve mentioned those segments are horrible for the audience experience.

No idea who any of those people are in that story he’s covering, ive never heard of any of them so I’m completely unbiased. But all I’m seeing in every episode is just claims by alleged victims and not a shred of evidence provided by any of them, plus a lot of them are clearly mentally ill in some way shape or form. How about they provide some evidence so if this onision person is guilty the police will deal with it? Atm it’s just anecdotal claims from mentally ill or distraught females...

@@nuck- First of I dont really follow Hansen so let that be clear. But I HOPE all these cases are already at the hands of the police. And if not he helps them make a case and collects all the evidence and presents it to the police. The last thing we want is mob justice. In a age were young kids are taught that a kiss without consent is rape (just a random example) and false accusations gets you instant attention AND it makes it look like a "celeb" is interested in you for the rest of the world, I can see false accusations.

Ethan, just a note on the VR stuff. They need to have both a teleport and a continuous move option. Trust me, you'll know what I mean if you play it for an extended period on continuous move like a joystick. That gets you pretty motion sick and takes a while to adjust to. And some people might not be able to handle it. Thus they need the teleport mode, which doesn't confuse your body into thinking it's moving, which is what causes the motion sickness. So actually, if you want to do the continuous motion you probably want to be standing up. That way if you need to make small movements you can walk around because you will get motion sick if you use the joystick all the time.
