I am horrified by the amount of times Trisha has been raped, I can’t imagine the trauma she must have. I don’t think she is lying at all, she doesn’t really ”milk” it and only mentions it in passing. She is exactly the type of girl who would get exploited and has lived in situations where she was incredibly vulnerable (sex worker, waitress etc) and it’s unfortunately not uncommon for them to be sexually assaulted.
