people are talking about this being a better version of frenemies but what i noticed the most was how every time there was an opportunity for brittany to fall into trisha’s role, she went the opposite direction. no body shaming, no fishing for compliments, no throwing other people under the bus, just relying on building the good vibes and making each other laugh. this was so wholesome and fun to watch.

Brittney is so much younger and hasn’t been in the social media game for nearly has long as Trisha but she shows so much more maturity and compassion. I would think based off this video and all of frenemies I would think Brittney has been doing this for almost 15 years and not Trisha

You know, also same. There's obviously no direct 'replacement' since Jenna and Brittany are two completely different/unique personalities, but Brittany's stuff definitely gives me that same feeling I've missed since Jenna left YT. She is conversationally hilarious and genuinely just fun to listen to. She also gives off that same air of authenticity, where she (at the very least) comes across as being a very warm and caring person while at the same time not being /overly/ concerned with how every comment or move she makes is perceived. It seems like she's just plain having a good time doing what she does and people pick up on that. I think she has a really bright future in the entertainment industry and I'm so excited to see where it takes her. : )

First and foremost! My intent is not to offend anyone; merely to add to the conversation here in hopes to grow understanding. If you don't care to understand, then kindly just ignore me. I'm not offended. I can scream this into a void, like the internet, and it's fine if no one screams back. :) You can actually see this both ways instead of putting the full blame on Ethan. I realize that probably wasn't your intent. Perhaps it was your intent to mantle Ethan with all the blame, but I like to see things differently. I like to judge based on intent. It is *always* Ethan's intent to add to the conversation. He's genuine, and he never means to talk over someone or be rude. He's a sweet guy, and we all know that he is. He shows it through his actions, so we know he's genuine about it. Think of it this way, because conversation is a two way street! Ethan and her got along, which is your intent anyway. She allowed Ethan to speak when he spoke, and sometimes *he did interrupt her!* Same with her. This is called a *conversation!* People talk together, sometimes simultaneously, sometimes interrupting one another. This is, again *conversation!* Most of the rest of the world already gets this. America is young, so a lot of Americans get defensive and standoffish the moment someone else speaks (TRISHA!!!! EGO!!!!) Ethan doesn't come from a place of EGO, so his interruption isn't rude. It's to add. TRISHA interrupting is usually negative and rude. There's a massive difference between these two. I hope I've made the differences clear. I have autism, and I've studied conversation a lot. Please, do excuse if I didn't make it clear.

He thought the dynamic could work, and it sort of did. It's just he severely underestimated how unhinged and insane Trisha really is. Could've genuinely worked if she wasn't so far gone and greedy, which is deeply ironic considering she's no longer making anywhere near as much as she did during Frenemies.

@DanHarkless_Halloween_YTPs_etc2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that was kind of bad for someone obsessed with dolphins and who wanted to become a marine biologist because of them. Even for people with more education about animals, though (like me), it's a shock the first time you learn about the normally retracted and thus invisible penises of dolphins, turtles, ducks (who have long, _corkscrew-shaped_ penises - wowzers!), and so on. And her misconception isn't _completely_ absurd. For instance, most birds, unlike ducks, _don't_ have penises, and simply copulate by bringing their _cloacas_ (urogenital openings) together. It's possible to imagine sleek-bodied dolphins doing that (trigger Zach's "ohhhh!" soundbite 😉), but it would be quite awkward underwater.

I love how the generational divide is noticeably confusing Dan. Brittany really represents gen z imo. Love it
@dudeman53032 жыл бұрын
Idk she isn't as much a gen z kid as a lot of other people, being born in the 90s is kind of almost like a transitional decade, where it doesn't matter which half you were born in cuz you're like on the cusp of being in a different generation whichever side you were born in. If you were born in the 80s or 2000s, there is no debate you just had the experience of that given generation, but people born from like 92-98 are all so close to the 1994-96 cutoff. I was born in 92 and I feel distanced from Millenials born in the 80s, I feel much more similar early gen z than I feel to older Millenials.
