@@xxedgecumberveggietaleslma9874 trade school is an option as you can get a new career in less than 6-8 months vs 4 year college and that doesn’t even guarantee a job. A lot of college grads do unpaid internships while working a real low paying job to survive. We do what we need to so we don’t end up on the streets. Reports are coming out that multiple different professionals & specialist told Oceangate that this submersible was NOT safe. They stated they were told nobody should've been on that thing, especially not "paying customers." Thankfully the sub imploded and their lives would've been lost instantly. One question is, when did it implode? Immediately when it got down there or were they stuck for awhile. If they would unclothed the bodies they would've freeze

@@mathiasgreyjoy1611 I saw another expert say though that at that pressure, the implosion would have only been just less than one millisecond. They were 3500 out of the 3800 meters down when they received a signal letting them know of a crack in the submarine. They did, in fact, drop their weights in order to begin an emergency ascension before it imploded. I would have rather not know. That was his idea of safety, a warning, when you can do nothing about it. RIP. They never even got the chance to see Titanic.

@@l-train7876 I've wondered too. Regardless, it'd happen so fast the brain wouldn't be able to process it. Apparently, Hamish and Paul-Henri had been warned about the faultiness of the vessel. I've never understood how Mr. Titanic didn't warn anyone....anyway, Don Walsh told James Cameron when he asked about feeling a bump, crack, etc when doing his own deep dive and was told that if he had time to think after hearing it, he'd be fine. Am I mistaken in thinking that the crew running out of oxygen is a really easy way to go? That they would just fall asleep as if they left their car running in the garage and not wake up?
@xotennisxgirlox

That’s 100% NOT how it would’ve went. It would’ve been horrific.
@XSaffie_LoveX

Depends on how cold they are. Hypothermia has that effect - falling asleep. But being oxygen starved would've left them gasping for breath like a fish out of water. It would have been a very painful death.

@@XSaffie_LoveX idk, that's how the garage route goes, is there a difference between breathable oxygen being displaced by carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide?

This reminds me of the scene from The Ballad of Dewey Cox, when his daddy said, "the wrong kid died." I sure as hell would rather have this stepson be the one down there in the depths than the other kid whose only been coerced by his dad to go but didn't really want to be there anyway. Heck we don't know if the other kid is evil too. But atleast I'd like to imagine he wouldn't pull this shit off. 😂 #itshouldvebeenbrian
